| Descripción : | The present business plan, seeks to promote the reutilization y recycling, using two of the three rs of ecology (reusing and recycling), proposed by the international organization for earths care, Green Peace. Moreover, as citizens of the world, we must create new alternatives for the wellbeing of the environment, to reduce contamination and the accumulation of rubbish. Therefore, the idea of this project is to offer an innovative product, of home furnishing made with recycled pallets and to evaluate the internal and external variables that could affect or benefit the project. The pallet is a wood made platform, commonly made of pine, which works for the accommodation of goods in ships for its worldwide mobilization. Actually, thanks to the interviews made for the elaboration of the present business plan, it can be identified that there exists a big storage of pallets nationwide, showing businesses that commercialize recycled pallets, acting as suppliers of the company proposed. Besides, the results of the market study, performed by using the quantitative and qualitative tools, shows that home furnishing has a high cost and, that it results difficult to acquire this kind of product to young people that want their economic and familiar self-reliance. |
