| dc.description | The following research is based on the need to cover the need for medical care at any doctor’s office or medical center and at low cost due to the deficit of shifts and the long wait of at public medical centers. Ecuador does not have the technology or the know-how for the production of these medical equipment, there fore, the importation of such medical equipment from China was analyzed as a competitive advantage. According to market analysis, in Ecuador there are not many importers of this type of product.
