Descripción : The present project, was born from the idea of revaluing our intangible cultural heritage, which gradually is losing especially by the new generations. Hence, it was decided to combine the novel theme parties known as crazy hours, with our Ecuadorian typical parties, in order to recreate a place full of hubbub, fun and lots of traditional culture environment, by creating a company providing services animation festivals, which will be named Ancestral Land. To start the project, we got all necessary information about theoretical framework, it was made through secondary sources, we find concepts of tourism, recreation and tourist entertainment, events, tradition and culture. In the second chapter, everything about the company, SWOT analysis, and competitive advantage, this in order to determine the best strategies to meet company goals outlined. In the third chapter, we proceeded to do an analysis of results obtained by applying a survey as a method of gathering information. The fourth chapter consists of the development of the 4 P (place, price, product, promotion), which allowed analyzing the results of market analysis in the most optimal way to sell our product. In the fifth chapter, all resources appear to launch the company. For the preparation of chapter six, we proceeded to make tables regarding the current financial situation and future of the company. Finally, the project was closed with the findings, recommendations about the project, all in order with proper citations and annexes.
