| Descripción : | Enterprise Architecture (EA) is a practice that is based on a comprehensive view of the organization, allowing align processes , organization, people, applications , information and technology infrastructure , by analyzing gaps in each domain and the formulation of portfolio of projects that will make possible the transformation of the company. For the development of AE in this paper has been used TOGAF framework, which is one of the most commonly used methodologies based on best practices in the industry. The organization does not have robust information systems that meet your current needs, which allows you to have real information for making management decisions. At present the company wants to increase its production area with the creation of new greenhouses, so the development of enterprise architecture will allow you to align technology with your goals. Business architecture, information architecture and data, application architecture and technology architecture, in the formulation of visioning architecture for the company Platinum Roses, responsible for the production of roses located, in this paper the 4 domains TOGAF covered in the province of Cotopaxi. SWOT Model motivators business, organizational capability model diagrams, network diagrams, logical and physical architecture, entity relationship diagrams and application diagrams analysis: the development of enterprise architecture , instruments for each domain such as were used. Finally it presents the portfolio of projects through the conceptualization of projects, roadmaps, allowing the prioritization of projects to achieve the target architecture. |
