| Descripción : | This project is developed in the company Loginet Cia. Ltda. Located north of Quito in the province of Pichincha in the area of Llano Grande. The company is engaged in the management of the logistics process from various organizations, which are the storage, inventory management, maquila and nationwide distribution of its products. The work was developed in the area whose products maquila or final services are: Adhesion safety labels on cosmetic products (creams, deodorants shampoos). Printing codes: lot, pvp, health records and legends, these impressions are performed in cosmetic products. Maquila area starts its process with the requisition of service by the external customer, who indicates the product and the type of service required. All these processes involve threads, activities and tasks when not under a standard, the existence of empirical operations, inefficient production control, no indicators, not systematic, unnecessary trips are handled register. All this has led to problems such as arrears in installments, on rework costs and or overtime, lack of information, customer complaints for not meeting time deliveries. Standardization aims to ensure that the processes taking place in the organization are executed in a sequential manner and uniform, as well as for controls and measurements at all involved in the process in order to ensure the same product. This document is divided into 5 chapters in which he disclosed the existing problems, research and analysis. In Chapter 1 the company and the area where the study will be made is described. Citing the objectives and justification. Chapter 2 research is based on theoretical foundations for the project. Chapter 3 diagnosis, analysis and evaluation of current processes in the area of maquila enterprise LOGINET Co. to develop. Ltda. In Chapter 4 the gathering of information, identification and suggestions for improvements will be made. Chapter 5 consist conclusions and recommendations of the draft qualification. |
