Descripción : This tourism project seeks to design a tourism product for the Shuar community "Tarimiat" canton and province of Pastaza, in order to promote and encourage community-based tourism in particular exploiting tourism resources; natural and cultural heritage that has the Shuar "Tarimiat" community. Potentiate this diversity by ensuring the conservation, preservation and sustainable use reasonable diversifying the current offer that has the province and the country. To identify the tourism potential of the Shuar "Tarimiat" community. The feasibility and practicability of this tourist proposal, discussed in Chapter I. The problem, causes and consequences, background and justification. General topics as also discussed Concepts of Tourism; Tourism trends and regional markets; Sustainable tourism; Ecuador tourism and community tourism. In Chapter II, the diagnosis of the tourism system focused on the characterization of the territory community, analysis of supply and demand current tourism, SWOT analyzes. In Chapter III, the Tourism Product Design, objectives and indicators of the proposal, logical framework matrix, schedule and budget proposed investment. In chapter IV, focuses the implementation strategy, implementation strategy (marketing plan), project feasibility, monitoring and evaluation. The tourist proposal is to value cultures such as the Shuar and current Achuar of the Pastaza province, giving more importance to these ancient peoples who have been marginalized by society in general, this background through tourism aims to promote rescue enriching cultural values in everyday life, through the development of community tourism, where the executing agencies will be the local community with its inhabitants
