| Resumen : | El connotado caso del General Augusto Pinochet, causó una conmoción que trascendió al ámbito internacional, y cuestionó la aplicabilidad de las normas para casos de juzgamiento y procesamiento de crímenes de genocidio, es por eso la relevancia de investigar el delito de genocidio para prevenir y sancionar futuros casos en los que se presente esta transgresión contra la humanidad. Esta tesis pretende mostrar la verdad histórica de Chile durante la dictadura militar, reconstruyendo un cuadro completo del genocidio del cual fueron víctimas centenares de chilenos. De ahí radica la importancia de iniciar una exposición sobre el genocidio cuando una gran parte de nuestra historia nos ha demostrado que gobiernos sanguinarios, específicamente tomando el caso del General Augusto Pinochet, que es el tema concreto de esta tesis, han manipulado a la justicia a su beneficio para cometer actos que comúnmente deberían ser sancionados drásticamente… |
| Descripción : | The notorious case of General Augusto Pinochet, caused an uproar that transcended the international level, and questioned the applicability of the rules in case of trial and prosecution of crimes of genocide, which is why the importance of investigating the crime of genocide to prevent and punish future cases in which this transgression against humanity. This thesis aims to show the historical truth of Chile during the military dictatorship to rebuild a complete picture of the genocide in which hundreds of Chileans were victims. Hence lies the importance of starting a discussion of the genocide when a large part of our history has shown us that governments bloodthirsty, specifically taking the case of General Augusto Pinochet, who is the special subject of this thesis, have manipulated the justice to their advantage to cemmit acts that communities should be punished severely. |
