In order to make this research, many subjects were investigated such as the use of this product in the target considering the country is looking to improve its exports, it is necessary to promote programs that include solidarity-based economy and fair trade. And associative processes to help communities located in the northern highlands, so they can have a sustainable development and they can implement the production and marketing of this product.en
