Resumen : Se propone cambiar el uso de una vivienda particular a un Hotel Boutique Sustentable. Con el fin de incentivar el turismo dentro del país. El objetivo principal del proyecto es desarrollar una propuesta interiorista, basada en un concepto creativo obteniendo espacios exclusivos, ergonómicos, cómodos y eco amigables, pero que a su vez sean funcionales. Del concepto seleccionado. La vestimenta típica de la mujer Otavaleña, se realizó un análisis de fondo y forma, para de esta manera obtener el partido arquitectónico y poder diseñar espacios que tengan relación entre sí, tanto en interiores como exteriores. Mediante la abstracción del concepto de lo macro a lo micro, se obtuvieron distintas formas, texturas y colores; con los que se trabajó para crear ambientes nuevos con diseños únicos compuestos por envolventes verticales y horizontales. Todos los espacios son distintos y tienen su propia característica. Al ser un Hotel Boutique Sustentable, se completó el proyecto por medio de sistemas verdes energía solar térmica, recolección de aguas lluvias y riego de jardines, selección de piezas sanitarias eco amigables, medios de ahorro de energía y se utilizó materiales reciclados. Al final se obtuvo una distribución espacial, cubriendo las necesidades y funciones de la tipología de un hotel. Logrando diseñar ambientes acogedores donde los clientes pudieran sentirse a gusto. Se logró integrar todos los espacios y crear una relación interior exterior basados en un mismo concepto. Además se consiguió añadir sistemas sustentables al proyecto, sin afectar su diseño, ayudando a disminuir el impacto ambiental. En conclusión se pretende contribuir con el turismo de la ciudad implantando un espacio de alojamiento para turistas tanto nacionales como internacionales. Planteando transformar una residencia a un hotel boutique, manteniendo sus elementos estructurales pero modificando su distribución, creando así, nuevos espacios que cumplan los requerimientos de un hotel. Diseñar el proyecto, basado en un concepto único, para que el establecimiento tenga su propia identidad. Que cuente con elementos sustentables para la conservación de los recursos naturales.
Descripción : The proposed of the project is to change the use from private home to a sustainable Boutique Hotel, in order to encourage tourism within the country. The main objective is to develop an interior design based on a creative concept obtaining exclusive, ergonomic, and comfortable eco friendly spaces, but that at the same time are functional. The selected concept is the typical dress of Otavaleña women was analyzed on its form and content, to thereby obtain the architectural concept and project spaces that are related to each other, both indoors and outdoors. By abstracting the concept from macro to micro, different shapes, textures and colors were obtained; generating new environments with unique designs made by vertical and horizontal enclosures. All the rooms are different and have their own feature. Being a Sustainable Hotel Boutique, the project was completed with green systems solar thermal energy, rainwater collection and water gardens, selection of eco friendly sanitation facility parts, energy savings and recycled materials. In the end it was able to integrate the use of space, meeting the needs and functions that a boutique hotel requires; obtaining the perfect design in terms of an environment where customers will feel comfortable. It was managed to integrate all the spaces and create an interior exterior relationship based on the same concept. In addition, it was able to add to the project, sustainable systems without affecting the design, helping to reduce the environmental impact. In conclusion the project intends to contribute to tourism in the city creating accommodations for both domestic and international tourists, turning a residence into a boutique hotel, keeping its structural elements but modifying its distribution, creating new spaces to achieve the requirements of a hotel. Design the project, based on a unique concept, with which the establishment displays its own identity, with sustainable elements to conserve natural resources.
