| Resumen : | Con la publicación de la Constitución de la República del Ecuador el pasado 20 de Octubre del 2008, se incluyó a las políticas públicas, como el mecanismo ideal para emitir normas constitucionales que regulen lo más importante, los derechos y la propiedad privada, siendo esta última objeto de análisis de cambio por un régimen socialista que ha buscado regularla bajo la vitrina de la solidaridad y el buen vivir, condenando a todas las personas a desarrollarse en un estatus donde el tener algo significa no ser solidario. El objetivo de esta Tesis es el de analizar el verdadero propósito de incluir a estas políticas públicas en la Constitución con respecto a la propiedad privada, cuáles van a ser sus efectos y en qué medida esta propiedad podría cambiar… |
| Descripción : | With the publication of the Ecuadorian Constitution the past October 20th of 2008, it was included to the political publics, like the ideal mechanism to apply constitutional norms to regulate the most important of all; the rights and the private property, being this one objective the analyze for change by a socialism that has been wanting to take control of it being hidden by the solidarity and the good lifestyles, putting us all in the situation of growing in a status in which having something doesnt mean being gentle. The objective of this Thesis is to analyze which is the real purpose of including this public politics to the constitution which refer to the Private Property, which will be the effects of this and in which ways the property will be change. Besides of the already mentioned before, analyze which constitutional norms, under which profile of the public politics take control the private property; which effects would it have realizing a real interpretation of the purpose of this. |
