| Descripción : | Pictures Condor SA, being a company concerned about safety, welfare and health of those working for this company, is the need to conduct a study for “IDENTIFICATION, LABOR RISKS MEASURURING EVALUATION AND PROPOSAL FOR PINTURAS CONDOR HUMAN RESOURCES DEPATMENT AND THE ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF”. This study was carried out considering personnel of Human Resources, of the administrative building (among 7 people), it developed in the following manner: survey basic knowledge in a qualitative manner to risks and factors to which workers are exposed, according to point of view and knowledge of the respondent. “Insitu” survey to know the percentage of satisfaction of people within their offices, equipment and materials that surround them. Training on the “RISKS IN OFFICES”. Survey for hazard identification and risk assessment work, supported by different assessment methods such as: LEST method. |
