The idea of implementing a pastry-coffee shop suitable for diabetics comes from this necessity; to propone a place with an exclusively and healthy environment where people can enjoy from their preferred deserts while not worrying about the calorie’s excess and therefore deny eating them, figures like an innovative idea of a high compromise and socially responsible with the potential market.
