| Descripción : | This executive summary analyzes the feasibility of implementing a space for the practice of alternative extreme sports in the city of Quito. The alternative extreme sports center includes: Sport Climbing, Parkour and Slackline. The initial business idea it is to find the needs of an unserved market in Quito. This market has been increasing in the recent years through the growth of adepts to the practice of alternative sports. The main differentiating factor of this project is the geographical location as well as the facilities because in the north of Quito, there doesn´t exist another place where people can practice the sports that we offer.... |
