dc.descriptionThe Guide for application of Neuromarketing and Advertainment through Emotional and Sensory advertising to ensure Flashback Bar’s users loyalty, is an advertising proposal that aims to convince and retain Flashback’s users to remain loyal to the brand in a continuous and permanent way, offering them a sensory experience that manages to awaken their emotions and transport them through time. This project is based on in-depth understanding of Flashback Bar’s consumers, which will help you to understand what they like, what moves them, how they like it and how to get to them and create a close relationship between the brand and its consumers, a relationship of trust and respect, a relationship based in loyalty. With the research’s results and the understanding of the consumer’s profile, the project proposes several actions involving two types of advertising that are currently popular and have proven to be very effective when it comes to creating brand-consumer relationships: Emotional and Sensory Advertising. Is by involving emotions and sensations that this project aims to provide a way for Flashback Bar and for anyone that will use this document as a model for achieving consumer loyalty in the entertainment market.en
dc.description.abstractLa Guía para la aplicación de Advertainment y Neuromarketing a través de la publicidad emocional y sensorial para la fidelización de usuarios de Flashback Bar, es una propuesta publicitaria que tiene como objetivo el convencer y conservar a los usuarios Flashback para que se mantengan fieles a la marca de manera continua y permanente, ofreciéndoles a cambio una experiencia sensorial que logre despertar sus emociones y los transporte a través del tiempo. Este proyecto se basa en el conocimiento a profundidad del consumidor de Flashback Bar, saber qué le gusta, qué lo mueve, qué lo impacta, cómo se puede llegar a él y crear una relación estrecha entre la marca y sus consumidores, una relación de confianza, respeto y fidelidad. Gracias a los resultados de la investigación profunda del consumidor, se proponen varias acciones que involucran dos ámbitos que actualmente están en auge y que han demostrado ser muy efectivos al momento de crear relaciones marcaconsumidor, lo emocional y lo sensorial. Es involucrando emociones y sensaciones que éste proyecto pretende ofrecer caminos para Flashback Bar y para cualquiera que desee utilizarlo como base para alcanzar la tan deseada fidelización de consumidores en el mercado del entretenimiento.es_ES
