Bullying is a type of systematic harassment among teenagers that usually occurs at school. Adults often think that it is a normal behavior at this age and they don’t realize that bullying can have serious consequences such as adaptation problems, disruptive attitudes, bullying at work (mobbing), depression and even suicide. This research was based on the author's closeness to the problem when she studied in high school. Although the institution authorities did their utmost to instruct students in good values and healthy living habits, she witnessed disruptive behaviors between some of the students which may have developed later in bullying. Even though there was no bullying as such, there were behaviors and attitudes that could have led to serious conflicts. For this reason, this project is based mainly on prevention because the author believes that it is easier and more fruitful to prevent problems when they are not completely externalized or manifested than to solve aggravated conflicts. This research focuses on the Community Psychology approach which establishes that when an entity is strengthened and its members are committed to each other, various conflicts tend to decrease in the community. It is important to learn more about relatively new problems like bullying. In fact, it has always existed but has recently been tagged and people began to talk openly about it, its meaning, causes and consequences. It is vital to know deeper about bullying in our country, its etiology, development, evolution and statistics; and also to understand how a complete analysis helps to observe the conflict from all of its areas. The three basic guidelines for the development of this study are first of all, the diagnosis and construction of a bullying prevention project in the institution of study from the Community Psychology approach. Second, the promotion of action, research and participation of its members in order to manage a prophylaxis based on social networks and support groups. Finally, the identification of potential social and family influence to predict violent and aggressive behavior among teenagers.en
