| Descripción : | The Virtual Support Unit (UAV) of the University of the Americas (UDLA) began its operative function after implementing academic initiatives related to TIC of teachers of the Computer Science Engineering School, under specific academic requirements related to e-learning services; for this reason in the UAVs activities prevailed operational activities and, in lesser extent, the strategic ones; consequently, the UAV operation shows a lack of strategic tools based on good practices frameworks, primarily in the project management area and in what concerns to organization and government methods.
