| Resumen : | Este trabajo de investigación fue desarrollado en la empresa de servicios NEFROMEDIC S.A., dedicada a brindar tratamiento dialítico integral ambulatorio a pacientes que padecen insuficiencia renal crónica terminal del Programa de Protección Social del Ministerio de Salud Pública del Ecuador. Los pacientes reciben tratamiento tres veces por semana por un lapso de tres a cuatro horas lunes, miércoles y viernes primer grupo y martes, jueves y sábado segundo grupo. Para la realización del tratamiento se requieren insumos diariamente que son despachados por el Auxiliar de Bodega. Actualmente, se observan oportunidades de mejora del proceso de compra, almacenamiento y dispensación de insumos como caducidad, exceso de inventario, falta de control, desperdicio y desorden para lo que se propone diferenciar el tratamiento de los artículos del inventario de acuerdo a la clasificación ABC... | Descripción : | This job of investigation was originated by the company of services NEFROMEDIC S.A., dedicated to bring treatment dailytic integrated ambulatory for patients that are suffering from chronic kidney failure by the Social Protection Program of the Ministerio de Salud Publica del Ecuador. The patients receive treatment three times a week, for a period of three to four hours. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday the first group of clients will come in and the second group of clients comes in Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, for the treatment it is required that all of the instruments are daily discharged by the warehouses assistant. Actually, you can see better opportunities for the process of buying, adding and dispensing the instruments when they expire, excess of inventory, failure of the system, dispense and the disorder for what is proposed and to differentiate the treatment from the articles from the inventory according to the classification ABC, stable controls in the process, eliminate activities that don't add value...
