| Resumen : | Existe un crecimiento progresivo en la industria hotelera y en el turismo dentro de las ciudades, pero también debido al crecimiento demográfico de las misma crece la contaminación y los daños ambientales, es así como aparece la nueva tendencia de hoteles ecológicos debido a la preocupación del medio ambiente y la influencia del turismo en esto, logrando así crear un vínculo entre el hombre, la arquitectura, su entorno y la naturaleza, creando zonas urbanas ambientalmente respetuosas; de esta manera nace la propuesta interiorista de la intervención del Apart Hotel Amaranta, creando un Hotel Urbano Ecológico ubicado en la ciudadela La Mariscal Sucre, uno de los lugares más turísticos de la ciudad de Quito, aprovechando de esta manera la concurrencia de turistas y visitantes del lugar, quienes serían los más frecuentes usuarios. La ciudadela en sus inicios fue un barrio residencial que se basó en el concepto de ciudad jardín creando casas con grandes áreas verdes y vinculando así a la gente con la tranquilidad de la naturaleza; este proyecto se enfoca a la implementación de vegetación y espacios verdes logrando mantener así dicho concepto. Tomando en cuenta que el nombre original del hotel vendría de la planta de amaranta y con el fin de mantenerlo, se utilizará como concepto para realizar el diseño de arquitectura interior, la hoja de dicha planta, aprovechando su forma ovalada, y colores, para la distribución, mobiliario, diseño de pisos, de cielo raso, etc. El diseño del proyecto también se basa en la tendencia ecológica con el uso de materiales nuevos y de baja emisión de CO2, el ahorro de energía y la implementación de vegetación mediante fachadas verdes, y jardines. El hotel brindará servicios de alojamiento con habitaciones y suites, algunas de estas con jardines accesibles, además servicio de restaurante, sala de conferencias, un Piano Bar en el último piso junto a un área recreacional de jardín el cual será beneficiado con la entrada de luz natural directamente debido al cambio de cubierta. |
| Descripción : | There is a progressive growth in the hotel industry and tourism in cities, but also due to the population growth in cities, pollution and the environmental damage increases a lot, then appears the new trend of green hotels due to environmental concerns and the influence of tourism on this, obtaining therefore a relation between man, architecture, environment and nature, creating environmentally urban friendly zones; is conceived then the interior intervention of the Apart Hotel Amaranta, creating a Green Urban Hotel located in the citadel of La Mariscal Sucre, one of the most tourist places in the city of Quito, taking advantage of the concurrence of tourists and visitors there, who would be the most frequent users. The Citadel in the beginning was a residential neighborhood that was based on the concept of garden city creating houses with large green areas and connecting people with the quiet of nature, this project focuses on the implementation of vegetation and green spaces achieving this way to keep that concept. Considering that the original name of the hotel came from the Amaranta plant and in order to keep it, the leaf of the plant will be used as a concept for the interior design, taking advantage of its oval shape, and colors for the interior distribution, furniture, floor design, ceiling design, etc.. The project design is also based on the green trend using new materials with low CO2 emissions, energy conservation and the implementation of vegetation by green walls and gardens. The hotel will provide accommodation services rooms and suites, some of these with accessible gardens, a restaurant, a conference room, and a piano bar on the top floor next to a recreational area of garden which will be benefited of natural light directly due to changing roof. |
