dc.descriptionThis paper is a case study in which the general objective is to analyze the relationship between the environmental movement and the government of Rafael Correa and its impact on the governments agenda, from 2007 to 2014 in Ecuador. A chronology and analysis of the interaction between these two actors is presented through a wide holographic review, data collection, and interviews. It can be determined that the government of Rafael Correa is post-neoliberal and seeks to modify the bureaucratic structure, a sustainable and nature friendly policy among other characteristics and trends of New Lefts governments. Yet in order to finance the new bureaucratic structure and public spending in general, the state maintains an extractive model, and therefore highly dependent on oil. The Yasuni ITT project ended (which sought to preserve the Yasuni free of exploitation) the new colective Yasunidos appeared from the environmental movement. "Yasunidos" sought to maintain Yasuni National Park free from oil extraction to protect the ecological diversity of the country. dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo es un estudio de caso que tiene como objetivo general analizar la relación del movimiento ecologista y el gobierno de Rafael Correa y su impacto en la agenda gubernamental, del 2007 al 2014 en Ecuador. Mediante una revisión hemerográfica amplia, recopilación de datos, y entrevistas, se realiza una cronología y análisis de la interacción entre estos dos actores. Se puede determinar que el gobierno de Correa es posneoliberal, que busca modificar la estructura burocrática, una política sostenible con la naturaleza y demás características tendencias de nueva izquierda. Pero con el fin de financiar la nueva estructura burocrática y el gasto público en general el estado mantiene un modelo extractivista, y por lo tanto altamente dependiente del petróleo. A partir de la caída del proyecto Yasuní ITT que buscaba preservar el Yasuní libre de explotación, el movimiento ecologista forma el colectivo “Yasunidos”. “Yasunidos” buscó mantener el Parque Nacional Yasuní libre de explotación petrolera para proteger el capital ecológico del país…es_ES
