| Resumen : | El trabajo de titulación desarrollado es de carácter descriptivo cuyo objetivo es brindar un servicio que permita desarrollar el uso de la educación virtual en materias de pregrado y postgrado en la UDLA, así como también, lograr la extensión de programas de estudio bajo la modalidad de educación virtual y apoyo a las materias en modalidad presencial a través del uso de herramientas virtuales. La tesis está concebida en cuatro capítulos. En el primero se realiza un análisis del entorno que nos permite apreciar las TIC s Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación, conocer los recursos y la clasificación de la educación virtual y las herramientas de la misma, algunas estadísticas para su implementación y su desarrollo en la UDLA. En el capítulo segundo se plantea el Diseño Organizacional de la Unidad de Apoyo Virtual, analizando en primer lugar la situación actual de esta Unidad y señalando los pasos de su planificación estratégica |
| Descripción : | This undergraduate thesis dissertation is mainly descriptive. Its objective is to develop a system, in which subjects given in undergraduate and gradúate programs at UDLA, could be taught through the use of the virtual learning; as well as, to promote the creation of on-line programs and to give a complementary support to the regular subjects. The dissertation contains four chapters. The first is an analysis of the virtual learning environment that allows the users to be familiar with the TIC Technologies of Information and Communication, and to know the resources, the classification, the tools, and some statistics for the virtual education; the last one will help its implementation and development at UDLA. The second chapter includes the Virtual Support Unit Organizational Design. It begins by exploring the current status, and then by stating the steps in its strategic planning. In chapter number three, there is a pilot project that analyzes and designs the course Capstone Project Methodology addressed to students in their senior year |
