| dc.description | The change in the urban environment marked by three organizational structures such as the compact, scattered and asylum within the territory, caused urban expansion, allowing the formation of other central nodes, being these urban centers where administrative and financia activities are concentrated, this new central node, it complied in the sector of the Mariscal Sucre, where urban displacement was generated from this process of change, and is this in principle was a purely residential area, becoming a potential commercial growth area with the passage of time. According to the General Plan of Territorial Development (PGDT), in the municipality of the Metropolitan District of Quito (DMQ), proposal that establishes management parameters on the territory, which recognizes the need for a reordering of the central space and consolidation of urban centers, reason by which the neighborhoods or sectors within the DMQ become parishes. ls for this reason that was established a territorial ordering Plan design in the parish the Mariscal Sucre, by the dynamic identified within the territory, which was a comprehensive territorial diagnosis, was performed on the basis of the real scenario within the territory and the historical evolution, therefore were identified by the use and occupation of the soil, which trigger an environmental social problems within the territory, it is for this reason that the proposal is aimed at reordering in the territory of the areas defined in the field of study. | en |
