dc.description | This study analyzes the processes of changes and policies reforms generated in several Arab countries during the past few years; this problem is also known as the Arab spring. Therefore, to have a clear understanding of what would be one of the most important political and social revolutions in the world, the research starts with the search for the origin and causes that triggered this historical fact. To then focus on the study of the political, economic and social aspects that characterized the countries of Egypt and Syria before the revolution. In the same way, there is a review of the international communitys action on the scenario of the Arab spring, especially that made by the countries that make up the group of 5 or also called "G5" (United States, France, China, the United Kingdom and Russia). Turning then to the played by international agencies such as the United Nations and the Arab League, in its duty to protect the peace and international security, as well as the protection of the human rights of the Arab populations. In addition, it analyzes the impact of the Arab spring in the international order, then, it details the results and lessons that have left the revolution to date. Likewise, it investigates the possibility of this event will become the scene of an international armed conflict, and that in turn must accompany other current phenomena that could recreate a system of power with Multipolarity. Finally, for the development of this research, we used several investigative techniques such as the use of the deductive method, which was used in the study of the particular facts that result in an overview of changes replicated in several Arab countries. Because the fact that characterizes each country of the Arab spring, is the struggle for change a state structure dominated by authoritarian and dictatorial governments. Likewise, it made use of the chronological, historical and analytical methods those help significantly to be clear about the cause of the revolution and its possible outcomes. | en |
