dc.descriptionThe development of this thesis basically begins with the study and analysis of the Constitutional Rules in force in Ecuador that guarantees and recognized security as a fundamental right and duty of the Central Government for its inhabitants in order that the citizenship can develop its skills, capacities and faculties in a secure and peaceful way where the common good is guaranteed. After analyzing the Constitution of the Republic will be analyzed and studied the procedures to the establishment of Limited Liability Partnerships and after this, we can understand in a better way which are the requirements, authorizations and permits that the Law of Surveillance and Private Security and its respective regulation requires for the legal constitution of Limited Liability Partnerships of Private Security in Ecuadoren
dc.description.abstractEl desarrollo de esta tesis comienza básicamente con el estudio y análisis de la normativa constitucional vigente en el Ecuador que garantiza y reconoce a la seguridad como un deber y un derecho fundamental que tiene el Gobierno Central para con sus habitantes con el fin que la ciudadanía desarrolle sus facultades de manera íntegra, pacífica y segura donde se garantice el bienestar común. Luego del analizar la Constitución de la Republica se analizaran y estudiaran los procedimientos para la constitución de compañías de responsabilidad limitada para que luego de esto, se puede entender de mejor manera cuales son los requisitos, autorizaciones y permisos que exige la ley de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada…es_ES
