Descripción : The inspiration of creating the Cultural Center of Eastern Europe is born from an incredible feeling of a strange world and a special vibe that brings to life new images and ideas in the mind. The feeling of being in another country or learning a new language are factors that change people and open new opportunities in their lives, these elements are what this work will be focused on. In Ecuador and Eastern European countries, there are great opportunities to generate a change in people who are looking for a better future. Among existing institutions, there is no one which offers integral services, such as translations and language courses that are necessary for students who desire to study abroad in Eastern Europe. According to the investigation, there is an unsatisfied demand for such services. The project involves the creation of a Cultural Center that generates a connection between Ecuador and the European countries with the aim of providing various services to foreigners in Ecuador and to Ecuadorians who are living abroad, and developing the economy of Ecuador through the exchange of knowledge and international business. In order to start the project, it requires an initial investment of USD 38.756,10 and 62% of it will be financed with a loan that has an interest of 11.2% which will be granted by the Banco Nacional de Fomento (BNF). For this business, in the realistic scenario, it is estimated an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 44,4% and Net Present Value (NPV) of USD 6.151. According to these values, the payoff of this project is high therefore it is recommended to make the investment.
