dc.description | The project refers to a business plan for the implementation of a processing, marketing and export company of flour and grain amaranth trap. This project determines the sector and the industry, which the company belong, applying macro and micro environment analysis, and further Porter's five forces analysis. In Chapter II, a qualitative market research based largely on interviews with experts and field visits was made, this allowed to collect information about amaranth like potential customers, competitors and details of the necessary processes to carry out production and marketing. Additionally, a market intelligence was made to select the best country for export considering variables such as the Competitiveness Ranking, GDP, per capita GDP, volume of imports of flour. The issues related to strategic planning like vision, mission, policies, organizational culture and overall fundamentals of the company, are described in Chapter III. Chapter IV describes the Marketing Plan, including the activities related to develop marketing strategies based on the 4P's (product, price, place and promotion). Additionally, it establishes some distribution channels for local marketing and global marketing. Operation Plan and Production Plan are described in Chapter V, these present some details concerning about the production process for flour and grain amaranth trap, raw materials, equipment and tools, location and infrastructure of the plant.
