| dc.description | The main objective of this business plan is the creation of a company BIO - DIGS, responsible for the construction and installation of digesters in Ecuador, will be located in the province of Pichincha in the canton Sangolquí. The company offered to farmers in the country the opportunity to transform organic matter into biogas (methane gas), and Bio-fertilizer Biol. The development of this business plan contains all analyzes and processes from the initial stage of formation of the company to the financial analysis of each of the possible scenarios. Within the investigation shows that the potential market is huge as it is aimed at agricultural and livestock producer in Ecuador. The target segment to which the product is routed to farmers who specifically have a minimum of 10 head of livestock or poultry has a plantation. The product is aimed at generating expectations of this market owners take advantage of converting organic waste into a source of profit. The revenues of company come from selling only biodigesters the price will vary around the size and needs of the client. Through research on establishing a capacity equal to 50m3 digester capable of processing 500 kg of organic matter daily, at a price of U.S.D 10,500 (10% cheaper than the competition), will provide a contribution margin of 6,325.25 U.S.D per biodigester sold, margin will cover fixed costs and earn an attractive return with a 39,870 USD NPV and an IRR of 49.4% in the expected scenario. With approximate data obtained in the market research company estimates annual sales of 12 digesters with an initial investment of 64,143 USD. All results generated in the financial plan acceptable to suggest an optimal indicators project. Although there are companies dedicated to the development of products for environmental care, biodigester technology is not positioned in our country, given the high ignorance of people and the lack of support for the implementation of such projects. It concludes by emphasizing the contribution to the growth of this important trend and acceptance of this product as a solution to the problems that are generating a high impact on the environment. | en |
