That is why in this project we are going to identify the cost units of the Hospital Humanitario San Jose de Azogues and the influence of each of them on the total cost, to manage a rate according to the market and begin to generate profit. We will also know the number of patients, occupancy, and the amount that the hospital must generate monthly to cover its fixed expenses to establish the planning that must be applied to reach and exceed its break even point. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La tarifa que un paciente debe cancelar el momento de ingresar a un hospital forma pieza clave para que una persona tome la decisión de acudir a una u otra casa de salud, obviamente que esta tarifa debe estar de acuerdo con la calidad del servicio que se espera recibir, comodidad, infraestructura, equipamiento, profesionales, recomendaciones entre otros factores que marcaran la diferencia en esta decisión. Es por eso por lo que en este proyecto vamos a identificar las unidades de costo del Hospital Humanitario San José de Azogues y la injerencia de cada una de ellas en el costo total, con el fin de manejar una tarifa acorde al mercado y comenzar a generar utilidad. Conoceremos también la cantidad de pacientes, la ocupación, y el monto que el hospital debe generar mensualmente para cubrir sus egresos fijos para establecer la planificación que debe aplicar para llegar y superar su punto de equilibrio. | es_ES |
