dc.descriptionGo-Fits objective is to develop an innovative and differentiated company that provides high added value to its clients. To achieve this objective the company will transport the different physical activities performed at the gym to a location that the customer prefers. Go-Fit is born with the idea of providing each person with their unique physical needs by disrupting the industry structures. Our customers can focus on health and physical goals by leaving behind traditional complications such as: travel distance, lack of time and inflexibility of actual gyms. Market research done in Quito, Ecuador highlighted that there is a high percentage of people which perform physical activity and sports in order to maintain a healthy and fit body. The industry research indicates that there is strong potential for entrepreneurs to start a business. Go-Fits key strategy is differentiation; the company will provide its customers with original services such as: functional exercises, highly trained personnel and the customers ability to perform physical activity in the location of their choice. Go-Fit will offer all these plus the high professionalism and quality that people can get from a standard gym. According to the financial study performed the initial capital needed to start the project is USD 83,731, considering a project which is financed with 40% leverage will give the following net present value and internal rate of return results.en
