| Resumen : | En el Centro Tipo A Salud de Santa Rosa de Cuzubamba, ubicado en el cantón Cayambe del distrito 17D10 de la Zona 2, atiende a la comunidad de Cuzubamba y de parroquias aledañas como Otón y Ascazubi. El objetivo de este proyecto es identificar la calidad prestada por medio de 320 encuestas realizadas y posterior a esto crear un plan gerencial para mejorar la calidad brindada en el centro de salud. El método del estudio fue descriptivo de enfoque cuantitativo y cualitativo, tipo no experimental cuya característica es trasversal; realizado en Octubre Noviembre 2022. Como resultado de los datos se pudo distinguir que la mayoría de pacientes son con citas subsecuentes, mayor cantidad de pacientes son niños menores de 5 años y adultos mayores. Al momento de ver la calidad prestada se observó que el servicio de medicina general es el que menor satisfacción tiene en relación con los otros y el que tiene un mayor porcentaje de satisfacción es enfermería. Existieron algunas limitaciones al momento de empezar el estudio hubiera tardanzas en aprobación de proyecto y el centro de salud se encontraba en remodelación por lo que odontología no atendió y por ende es la especialidad con menor cantidad de información. En conclusiones tenemos que sí existe diferencia notable con el porcentaje de calidad percibida según el MSP versus este estudio donde la calidad fue menor. Cómo recomendación se requiere una constante evaluación, entrenamiento para una buena gestión en la administración del centro de salud. |
| Descripción : | In the Centro de Salud Santa Rosa de Cuzubamba, located in the Cayambe canton of district of health 17D10 of Zone 2, it serves the community of Cuzubamba and neighboring communities of Otón and Ascazubi. The objective of this project is to identify the quality provided through 320 surveys and after this create a management plan to improve the quality provided in the health center. The study method was descriptive with a quantitative and qualitative approach, a non-experimental type whose characteristic is transversal; carried out in October November 2022. As a result of the data, it was possible to distinguish that the majority of patients are with subsequent appointments, a greater number of patients are children under 5 years of age and older adults. At the time of seeing the quality provided, it was observed that the general medicine service is the one with the least satisfaction in relation to the others and the one with the highest percentage of satisfaction is nursing. There were some limitations at the time the study began, there were delays in project approval and the health center was undergoing remodeling, so dentistry did not attend and therefore it is the specialty with the least amount of information. In conclusion we have that there is a notable difference with the percentage of perceived quality according to the MSP versus this study where the quality was lower. As a recommendation, constant evaluation is required, training for good management in the administration of the health center. |
