| Resumen : | El presente proyecto se ha realizado en El Hospital Miguel León Bermeo localizado en la provincia de Chimborazo en el cantón Chunchi, catalogado como hospital básico de segundo nivel perteneciente al Distrito 06D02 Alausí Chunchi. En donde se ha detectado el siguiente problema que al momento es más indispensable con la presencia del COVID 19, en donde se necesita un espacio adecuado para el distanciamiento social en la sala de espera de consulta externa del hospital antes mencionado, ya que existe, pero es un espacio muy pequeño e inadecuado con unas dimensiones aproximadas de 6 metros por 4 metros de ancho que no cumple con la modernización ni con el crecimiento de la población actual. Por ello el proyecto lleva por nombre Plan de Gestión para mejorar la infraestructura del área de consulta externa del Hospital Miguel León Bermeo del Cantón Chunchi. Con ello queremos expandir la sala de espera y que cuente con un espacio adecuado que brinde confort al usuario. Para realizar el proyecto se iniciará realizando los trámites pertinentes como es con la ayuda del director de la casa de salud se realizará reuniones para informar del problema con las autoridades pertinentes y posterior se realizará oficios para enviar mediante Quipux a la dirección distrital para dar conocimiento del problema y esperar su respuesta. Pero la solución se requiere de forma inmediata mientras tenemos la respuesta del Ministerio de salud se conversará con el Municipio del cantón para que nos ayuden también con el problema y si ellos nos pueden facilitar una carpa para expandir el espacio de la consulta externa una que cumpla con los requerimientos y dimensiones necesarias para brindar mayor comodidad y movilidad siendo factible practicar el distanciamiento social de 2 metros como dispone las guías para mantenerse alejadas entre una persona y otra para evitar los contagios por la misma. Además, se realizó encuestas y entrevistas de satisfacción a los usuarios quienes concuerdan que necesitan un cambio en dicho lugar que este adecuado a las exigencias actuales por lo que se propone realizar este proyecto esperando tener buenos resultados para la comodidad de la ciudadanía del Cantón. |
