Resumen : El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo elaborar un plan de gestión de bioseguridad para la prevención de contagios por COVID 19 en el Centro Médico Avantmed Pintado, a través de la identificación de las posibles causas de este problema, como son la incorrecta aplicación de medidas de bioseguridad, insuficiente cantidad de equipos de protección y el desconocimiento de protocolos de bioseguridad cuya corrección oportuna será mediante un diagnóstico situacional y el diseño de estrategias institucionales con el posterior planteamiento de alternativas de solución. El diagnóstico situacional de este proyecto implica el análisis interno y externo de la gestión administrativa, técnica y tecnológica, financiera y económica, política y social del Centro Médico Avantmed Pintado, que se efectúa a través del análisis FODA fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas, con la finalidad de crear acciones estratégicas y establecer metas a largo plazo que le permitan al Centro Médico ser más competitivo en el mercado. A continuación, se pretende dinamizar los problemas identificados con actividades encaminadas a dar cumplimiento a las metas del plan, cuyo monitoreo y evaluación requiere de indicadores de gestión que permitan controlar la planificación del proyecto gerencial. Finalmente, se concluye que la elaboración de este plan va a contribuir en la disminución de contagios por COVID 19, tanto en el personal sanitario como los usuarios del Centro Médico Avantmed Pintado.
Descripción : The objective of this project is to develop a biosafety management plan for the prevention of contagion by COVID 19 at the Avantmed Pintado Medical Center, through the identification of the possible causes of this problem, such as the incorrect application of biosafety measures. , insufficient amount of protection equipment and ignorance of biosafety protocols whose timely correction will be through a situational diagnosis and the design of institutional strategies with the subsequent proposal of alternative solutions. The situational diagnosis of this project involves the internal and external analysis of the administrative, technical and technological, financial and economic, political and social management of the Avantmed Pintado Medical Center, which is carried out through the SWOT analysis strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats, in order to create strategic actions and establish long term goals that allow the Medical Center to be more competitive in the market. Next, it is intended to stimulate the problems identified with activities aimed at complying with the goals of the plan, whose monitoring and evaluation requires management indicators that allow controlling the planning of the managerial project. Finally, it is concluded that the development of this plan will contribute to the reduction of infections by COVID 19, both in health personnel and users of the Avantmed Pintado Medical Center.
