Descripción : This thesis work corresponds to the creation of a company dedicated to the fabrication and sales of modular furniture and doors made out of wood, located in the city of Loja, Ecuador. The company will be established in partnership between engineer Federico Loaiza, architect Vinicio Loaiza and Ms Karina Loaiza M, who all together sum broad experience both in construction business and in fabrication of wood modular furniture and doors. The main business opportunity is having committed sales for the first three years of business, this being worth approximately $ 2’052.146,38 US dollars distributed in those three years. Another important fact to take into consideration is government’s support to new companies that generate investment in prioritized sectors (this includes forestry - wood furniture); through incentives in tax deduction such as exemption in payment of Minimal Tax and Income Tax, for the first five years. Main market will be construction companies and individuals, with a positioning strategy of the “same for less”; but making a differentiation in the company image, this will allow the company to reach deeply into the feelings of the possible customers, therefore forming a closer bond with them. In the following chapters there is the development of the viability analysis, both financial and commercial, which will prove the hypothesis. It is important to highlight some financial indicators of this business plan, thus having in a normal scenario a NPV of 206.738 and an IRR of 144.78% (Leveraged); which shows the profitability of the business, taking advantage of market opportunities.
