Descripción : This plan represents comprehensive research and development for the formation of a company focused on health care, specifically in the pharmaceutical industry, with the development of products based on Dermatoina Vegetal, a natural compound developed by Dr. Miguel Angel Ormaza. Initially the product will be a feminille intimate wash called FEMPURE. This entire plan is supported by a market research that was conducted in a precise matter. Now a days you can find in the market some feminille intimate washes that have been developed by existing pharmaceutical companies, however, the majority of them are made based on chemicals. The advantage is that the Dermatoina Vegetal is 100% percent natural, developed based on flowers, leaves and rhizomes grown in the country, on the other hand studies show that a significant number of women in the country have not yet adopted the culture of intimate washes allowing the company to find an undeveloped market that allows this goal. The product will seek to satisfy the need for personal hygiene of all women who take care of their health closely, as well as having an awareness of the need to use natural products in their bodies that will not affect their biological nature. Being natural is an advantage of this product having a clear differentiation that will have great impact on the market. This is an exclusive product, since mass production will not be used, there for thecompany will use exclusive distribution channels and skimming pricing strategy, making women aware that intimate care is priceless. The plan has all the necessary research both in terms of quality and quantity, in addition to the fact that it relies on a deep financial study, which is expected to have the following results in the unlevered and levered scenarios. With an investment of 87,376.97 USD which demonstrates the excellent performance that is sucked into any of the proposed scenarios as those evaluated in the optimistic and pessimistic scenarios. A working and committed team that would sustain the operation of the business has been planted, as well as the operational strategy, which will be the outsourced production phase with the use of the Dermatoina Vegetal, which enables all business efforts to focus on the correct brand management, market, as well as distribution channels. Both capital needs and funding are supported, making this project a sustained work, which will be sought by all means.
