dc.descriptionThis business plan for the manufacture and implementation of ATMs for cars and motorcycles in the streets of the hypercenter of Quito, is a company that focuses on fair payment for the use of parking within the spaces available in the Zona Azul, where you will find ATMs to make your respective payment with different methods that are: Bills or coins and magnetic cards (Credit or debit card and limited card). The business plan is innovative, generating greater comfort for users who park in the Zona Azul parking spaces, it is useful to optimize the time to pay, there are several forms of payment, time control and the system is automated. The European and American model are impacting the market whereby when implementing the project, it will be more attractive to foreigners and local people. The analysis for the project using PEST and Porter found several opportunities and threats that are perceived in the market, quantitative and qualitative research was also used where it generates specific strategies to meet the needs of our customers, knowing their preferences, to focus the product and service to satisfy the customer. Customer analysis is an important factor to identify potential customers, this with the help of the marketing plan, generating the general strategy, and product mix marketing, price, place and promotion was established. The organizational approaching structure of the company shows how the company is organized and the number of employees. Finally, the financial plan of the company was made, to have in known to denote the financial information and to determine the profitability of the project within the Ecuadorian market.en
