Descripción : Jarackza is a company that will be dedicated to the production and export of araza and jackfruit juice to Maryland, United States. The project aims to analyze the feasibility of exporting to the US market as an alternative for the improvement of the Ecuadorian trade balance as a non-traditional product, taking advantage of the growth of the food and beverage industry in the two countries. In the United States there is an increase in food consumption with trends towards the natural and with a high added value, which represents an opportunity for the company to enter this market with a product that meets the characteristics demanded by consumers. An analysis of the external environment of the industry in Ecuador and the United States was carried out, where the opportunities and threats for the project within the food and beverage industry could be identified. Through an analysis with quantitative and qualitative tools, where it was possible to identify and conclude that the target market to which the juice of araza and jackfruit juice is directed are people from 18 to 50 years old, United States, with preference for the consumption of natural foods that They are interested in buying and consuming the product. The MIX marketing is presented, where you can identify important factors in terms of price, product, place and appropriate promotions that must be applied in the US market. Additionally, the organizational structure of the company is described where the functions of the employees are adjusted with the management of each specific area and, in case of certain areas, the services are outsourced. Likewise, it presents the process flows regarding the production of the araza and jackfruit juice and each step that must be completed from the exit of the merchandise from the production plant until it arrives in the United States. The project requires an initial investment of 44,230.13 dollars where 50 percent of the value will be covered by debt and the remaining part through equity. Finally, the feasibility and viability of the project is guaranteed with the positive results in each financial index (NPV 23,885.19 dollars; IR percent 1.70; IRR 35.84 percent; PR 3.66).
