Descripción : The present document is a study of the feasibility and profitability of the implementation of a convenience store with multichannel attention and digital tools to support management, for the north of Quito. For this reason, qualitative and quantitative methods have been applied to obtain the necessary information, resulting in a target market that is willing to give opportunity to the business idea, where the great variety of products is prioritized, quality of service, strategic location and incorporation of technology. According to the surveys, the focus group and the interviews determined that it is possible to make the proposal, as well as the fact of providing a differential factor, in this case it would be home delivery in different modalities and the application of an extended schedule 24-7, which allows greater customer acquisition. Once all aspects have been analyzed, it can be inferred that the commerce sector has a stable growth, the policies and regulations are a support for entrepreneurship and the Ecuadorian population has a tendency towards the consumption of this type of products, all this supported by an adequate relationship with the suppliers, who are the official distributors. Finally, with respect to investment, the amount is minimal, which boosts the industry and provides more openness to this type of business, according to financial analysis and indicators, it is profitable, feasible and sustainable over time, resulting in a future benefit for those who intend to venture into this area, so that the opening of these establishments with several service channels and the use of digital instruments as management assistance, generates a key factor for the success of the project.
