| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de Titulación tiene como objetivo desarrollar una Biblioteca sectorial para el Barrio El Batan, Partiendo desde un análisis urbano realizado en el periodo de 2019/2, se determinaron las diferentes problemáticas del sector y potencialidades del sector, se encontró que dentro de esta zona existe equipamientos que funcionan como centralidades, pero se puede evidenciar que no existe una conexión para el barrio. Este sector se planteó de un inicio que sea de carácter residencial, el cual con el pasar de los años se ido transformando en un foco de actividades comerciales, además se puede evidenciar la priorizan al vehículo vs al usuario, también se determinó la falta de infraestructura, que reactive la zona, para que el usuario se sienta motivado o ciclista de recorrer por una zona segura priorizando al mismo. Adema debemos evidenciar que existen centralidades importantes en esta zona que es la Universidad de las Américas, y Centro comercial Granados Plaza, además de las instituciones Educativas, que demandan la implementación, de un equipamiento con estas características, como lo es la biblioteca, además que este equipamiento forme parte de la red del DMQ, y sea un espacio de interrelación social y potenciar la actividad social en el sector además de que los usuarios van a tener un espacio donde podrán culturizarse por medio de libros físicos y herramientas digitales, ya que el proyecto mantiene la biblioteca tradicional y actualizándola con espacios dinámicos y tecnología. |
| Descripción : | The objective of this degree work is to develop a sector library for the El Batan neighborhood, starting from an urban analysis carried out in the period of 2019/2, the different problems of the sector and potentialities of the sector were determined, it was found that within this the area has facilities that function as centralities, but there is no connection to the neighborhood. This sector raised a start that is residential, which over the years has become a focus of commercial activities, in addition to showing the priority of the vehicle vs. the user, the lack of infrastructure is also determined, which reactivates the area, so that the user feels motivated or cyclist to move through a safe area, prioritizing it. We must also show that there are important centralities in this area, which is the University of the Americas, and the Granados Plaza Shopping Center, in addition to educational institutions, which demand the implementation of equipment with these characteristics, such as the library, in addition to this equipment is part of the DMQ network, it is a space for social interrelation and to promote social activity in the sector, in addition to the fact that users will have a space where they can culture through physical books and digital tools, since the project maintains the traditional library and updating it with dynamic spaces and technology. |
