Descripción : The main objective of this project is to study the feasibility of creating and implementing a company for the production of butter based on the dried fruits of almonds, hazelnuts and pistachios. Mostly focused on people seeking a nutritious lifestyle without animal protein intervening in their daily diet. Today, people are constantly looking to have a healthier lifestyle, whether it's doing sports or eating better. It is worth mentioning that some people due to diseases (lactose intolerance, obesity or cardiovascular) have no other option than to opt for healthier, low fat, low in sugar or allergy products. This market segment is for people from 25 to 65 years old with a middle, medium-high, high social class, because the raw material of nuts is one with a high cost and is not accessible to all people. On the other hand, there are factors that affect the project in a positive and negative way. The project was projected for the first 5 years to see its profitability, and the qualitative and quantitative methods of market research were used to define the characteristics and get an idea of how the project will be received. NussButter will present the product in a 122 gram glass bottle, which will have three different options, almond, hazelnut and pistachio and their prices are 7.50 dollars, 8.75 dollars and 10 dollars, respectively. These butters will be sold in supermarket chains, minimarkets or bakeries. Finally, the financial study carried out shows a viable project with profitability from the first year. The internal rates of return of 29.66 percent for the project and 46.59 percent for the investor demonstrate that the project is profitable but highly sensitive to production costs.
