Descripción : In this work, the business plan for the creation of a training center with functional antigravity machines in the city of Quito is carried out, focused on people between 20 and 40 years old who practice sports of a medium and medium-high socio-economic level of the northern sector of the city. The training service with functional anti-gravity machines will be specialized in order to meet the needs of each athlete or person in general. For this reason, it is proposed to use the differentiation strategy as a general marketing strategy and provide various benefits and innovation within the facility, adding value to the training service offered. The training center is constituted under the figure of a limited liability company with two founding partners who contribute with their own capital of 70 percent, while 30 percent is financed by making a bank loan for a term of four years. Finally, the financial evaluation of the project using the valuation criteria such as the net present value (NPV) of USD 61,293.56 and the internal rates of return (IRR) of 20.46 percent and 28.92 percent are higher than the WACC and CAPM discount rates respectively. This determines that the business is viable and can be done.
