Descripción : They are many people and families who have had to abandon Ecuador in search of new opportunities and to improve their lifestyle. It is important to understand the process to obtain all the authorization documents to be residents in another country, and how difficult and time consuming this is, being the last one, the reason why they have not been able to return to their native country. Most of the Ecuadorian migration has relocated in Spain and the United States. Businesses and applications that have online management, are growing constantly. Many of them are adapting to these changes, offering more benefits to their clients. This include personalized attention, all day, seven days a week, if you have internet connection, covering a wider market. This juncture has been a fundamental pillar to elaborate this business plan, that will take place in Quito, as the main headquarter. The purpose, is to elaborate surprise boxes with native Ecuadorian products, that will be exported/commercialized to Ecuadorians living in New Jersey- United States, and with this, awaken in every person, nostalgic feelings and the sense of belonging towards their country. This product will be sold online, through the business webpage ECU593. All the necessary information of the product will be provided, and a real time conversation with the company will be available, to clear any doubts. The objective of the business plan is to analyze the viability of it, in a competitive market, applying the necessary strategies to make it attractive, not only to the target market, but also to other people interested in acquiring the product, and in that way, get to know about Ecuador is biodiversity and culture.
