Descripción : The world is now going through a difficult health situation, what we all know as Covid-19 declared a global pandemic by who. A situation that has hit many countries in different aspects: economic, political, social and even more in health. That is why this business plan aims to make the market known to the market a domestic wastewater purifying liquid with the aim of providing society with a product that protects health, reduces environmental pollution and allows economic savings. For this, a comprehensive research of the country and industry was carried out in order to determine the feasibility of establishing a domestic wastewater purifying liquid production and marketing company. Initially, an external and internal analysis was performed to recognize the opportunities and threats that the implementation of the product to the market would represent. Likewise, a qualitative and quantitative investigation of potential clients was carried out, with the purpose of knowing the true needs and desires of the consumer when purchasing a cleaning product. In the same way, the marketing strategies to be implemented to publicize the product and the target market to which it will focus were determined. On the other hand, through a process map, organizational structure and flowchart, it was possible to determine the development of primary and secondary activities, the necessary human and material resources, to carry out the production and distribution process of the product. Finally, though a five-year projected financial analysis, it was possible to conclude that the proposed business plan is viable, resulting in a NPV for the project of 31.436,38 dollars with an IRR of 22 per cent and for the investor a NPV of 19.662,02 dollars with an IRR of 27 per cent, and a payback time of 3 years with 95 days.
