dc.descriptionEcuador is a country with a great capacity for agriculture due to its climatic conditions and geographical position. Therefore, it offers a wide variety of healthy natural products that have given way to the development of the fruit pulp industry. This business plan aims to analyze the viability of the production and marketing of fruit pulp packaged in Tetra Pak with packaging imported from Mexico for distribution in the city of Quito-Ecuador. The analysis begins with the study of external industry factors that affect the way this project is carried out. Currently, the world is experiencing an economic crisis as a result of the appearance of a virus that has affected all countries globally, which has caused an economic recession; nevertheless, the Ecuadorian fruit pulp industry has shown constant growth. Additionally, with the productive capacity of Ecuador in fruits, they are factors that can be used and contribute to the economic reactivation of the country and the world. In addition, qualitative and quantitative research was carried out in order to know the characteristics of the fruit pulp industry and the Ecuadorian market, in this way it was possible to know that the industry offers a product with few differentiation factors and that it is also an industry where people look for products at a lower price and an easier product to prepare, therefore, adding value to the fruit pulp through a much more practical and environmentally friendly packaging, will allow the industry to develop and that the needs of consumers are met. Based on the results obtained, marketing strategies could be proposed that will ensure that the company reaches the target segment, providing the customer with a quality product and with greater ease of consumption. Finally, a financial evaluation is carried out to determine the economic viability of this project with a 5-year projection. With what could be established that it is a business plan that will be successful during the 5 years of projection.en
