Descripción : The analysis of this project and the respective research, concludes the economic viability of creating a summer flower trader, highlighting the alhelí as its main flower for the city of Miami-Florida; focused to meet the requirements for a growing market group, since the rose has opened places that must be considered, due to the culture and the current preferences of the American people in buying flowers, for gifts and for own consumption. The initiative to create Ecualhelí as the name of the company is due to the situation of Ecuador and the flower alhelí, which is already a name that represents the flower, by its colors, volume, aroma, ornateness and combination. The city of Miami is selected for important reasons that generate the conjuncture with Latin America, the first point is based on the fact that 63 per cent of the flower that arrives in this city is destined to be sent as a gift or presents, while 37 per cent it is intended for local consumption, thereby demonstrating the high demand for the product; Second, Miami has a big market to commercialize flowers, with the United States having the advantage of maintaining 0 per cent in tariffs for flowers except for rose. By the ATPDA agreement between the two countries. 82 per cent of the total flowers in its wide range of varieties that are imported by the US, enter through the city of Miami, to be distributed by most states. In Miami there is a big market segment, like supermarkets, florists and wholesalers that require a high volume of flowers. The target market was established through a quantitative and qualitative analysis, which determined that 27 per cent of people who would buy the alhelí, have as their favorite place to buy the product from florists, while 47 per cent prefer supermarkets. Finally, the business project planning was calculated at 5 years, with the respective financial analysis and market study that allowed verifying the viability of the project, maintaining a growth projection both in volume and profitability, from third year.
