Descripción : This work analyzes the feasibility of implementing a mobile gym in the city of Quito, Ecuador. This offers physical activity at home, by adapting a trailer with all the sports equipment necessary for the practice. The analysis is carried out with a five-year projection in search of the feasibility of the project. This is done through the analysis of the macro environment (PEST), the industry micro environment (PORTER), and an EFE matrix of the industry in which it is located (R9311.02) to determine and evaluate opportunities and threats. presented by the market. Customer analysis continues through qualitative and quantitative research to determine the tastes and preferences of potential users. This was done through tools such as personal interviews, the focus group, and two surveys of people related to sports. With this, it was possible to measure the level of acceptance of the project in the market and collect relevant information for the business. Based on this, the business opportunity raised to continue the marketing analysis is supported. A marketing mix is ​​developed according to the target market, determining the general differentiation marketing strategy, with its target market and value proposition. The proposed philosophy and organizational structure of the company with its mission, vision and objectives of the organization is included. This has its respective operations plan and organizational structure. Giving way to financial analysis and evaluation through a five-year projection with financial indexes to determine the viability of the project. In conclusion, it is determined that the sports culture of the city, the demand for establishments for physical activity, and the benefits of exercising outdoors during the pandemic are opportunities for the implementation of a mobile gym in the city of Quito. Market research and financial analysis demonstrate the feasibility of the project.
