Descripción : Currently, personal care products have maintained a growing trend in their demand, as these have a positive impact after their use and provide advantages according to their components and properties. So, it has been possible to highlight the opportunity to introduce a new product to the market aimed at meeting this requirement. This business plan is focused on the creation of a basic need product aimed at the personal care of women. This is a natural cosmetic soap that is made from milk and rose petals, its components provide several benefits at the skin level and can be used as a sanitizer. Currently, the topic of global controversy is the pandemic caused by the COVID-19 virus, which has had a significant social impact within the protocols issued by The Word Health Organization. The use of antiseptic products including the use of soap has been recommended as a means of disease prevention. For this study, research was carried out through various tools that covered: an external analysis examining of industry and external factors, customer analysis formalizing market research through qualitative and quantitative analysis, thus managing to determine a business opportunity, also the marketing strategy was reflected defining the value proposition based on the target market. In this way, the structure of the organization is proposed, as well as its plan of operations and a suitable financial evaluation, attacking the appropriate opportunities for the insertion of the product to the market and it´s commercializing it in the city of Quito.
