| Descripción : | The need and consequent demand far security in all areas of society in the country's large cities, such as Quito, has not ceased to be notorious. For its part, the state does not efficiently satisfy the need far citizen security; an increasing criminal activity threatens the normal development of productiva and economic activities in the country; However, science and technology have contributed rapidly to the creation and production of a wide variety of electronic devices that complement traditional security systems. We can write down the multiple entry barriers that constitute a hard regulation in force in the country, with many control bodies that make the management of permits and certificates difficult. The aforementioned points are reflectad in the customer analysis, which reflects the interest in acquiring a service of these characteristics. The security need of residents of buildings with more than 10 years of construction in the northern sector of the city of Quito, will be covered through physical guards assisted with QR code technology. In arder to align the plan to the needs of society, a differentiation marketing strategy is proposed, with QR code technology being the differentiating factor. The proposed marketing combination allows us to deliver a service that satisfies the target market and that is loyalty. The philosophical and structural proposal are aligned and through the objectives, it is possible to satisfactorily reach the mission and fulfill the vision. This is reflectad in the financial results, where all the processes required to achieve the proposed objectives are covered to obtain profit from the third year of business execution. The calculation of the net present value shows positiva results very close to those of the industry, and the interna! rate of return is 16%. These positiva ratas are encouraging for the execution of this project, also considering the factors of the extemal environment and the analysis of the clients, the execution of this business plan is recommended. |
