| Descripción : | The business plan detailed below proposes the importation and creation of a brand of personalized t-shirts focused on women between 15 and 29 years of age, from a socio-economic stratum B, C + and C- in the Tumbaco Valley. The cotton t-shirt brand established in the business plan focuses on modifying imported pima cotton t-shirts to then be able to perform sublimation using digital printing with specialized machines. The brand name is ELLA, which uses textile technology to be able to make exclusive designs on small quantities of T-shirts. The generic marketing strategy used is differentiation. This brand must compete with international brands that handle scale modifications, so the design of the shirt is essential for its acquisition. Furthermore, the development of external analyzes, customer analysis and financial variables ensure that this project is viable. |
