Descripción : Ecuador is a country that has an immense and unique natural, gastronomic, cultural and historical wealth, which has allowed it to become a tourist power worldwide; However, the tourist offer in the Ecuadorian market has had little exploration within the glamping segment, which is characterized by offering the experience of camping in the open air with the luxury and comforts of a hotel, therefore this plan de Negocios aims to analyze the road and feasibility for the implementation of an igloo hotel in the province of Chimborazo, which will be characterized by having a spherical glass structure similar to an igloo that will allow users to have a 360-degree view of the Chimborazo volcano and its surroundings. Through an analysis of the external environments (PEST and PORTER), it was identified that the industry seizes opportunities and minimizes threats. The client's analysis was obtained through a quantitative and qualitative research, with the objective of measuring the level of acceptance of Ecuadorian consumers and identifying the main characteristics that the service should present. The construction of the organizational structure was carried out through the creation of jobs and administrative functions aimed at generating satisfaction for consumers, from the purchase process to after-sales service. Finally, by carrying out a financial evaluation with a five-year projection and obtaining positive results, it was possible to determine the existence of a viability and feasibility in the implementation of an igloo hotel in the province of Chimborazo.
