Resumen : La presente investigación se inicia gracias al amor por la moda y por la necesidad de conectar a las mujeres a un futuro sostenible y amigable con la naturaleza y las personas...
Descripción : This research is inspired by the love for fashion and the need to connect women to a sustainable and friendly future with nature and people. The idea came out about the experience in the image consulting industry in the Quito´s city where all women seek to have an approach to luxury fashion, major brands or recognized designers, but most of the stores are outside of the financial possibilities of the people, so it looks up to to satisfy this need by democratizing national and foreign luxury fashion with the rental of complete outfits for a lower percentage than the original value, emphasizing the rental of the daily clothing and special occasions since keeping up with the fashion trends should not cost so much for people. Our clients will be able to acquire the outfit through an online store. Additionally, the PESTEL analysis has allowed us to conclude that the business turn with e-commerce leverage is highly positive for investment. The market target are women between 18 and 50 years old who belong to a medium and high socio-economic level. The surveys carried out showed favorable data for the business where 74 percent of the respondents would be willing to opt for the luxury fashion rental service, emphasizing that the service has high expectations to work with imported and national outfits brands. The total investment of the project is 47,264.37 U.S dollars, 61.3 percent will be financed with its own resources, while the remaining 38.7 percent will obtain it through a loan requested from the CFN (National Financial Corporation). The financial evaluation shows up that there is a net present value of 35.266,41 dollars and an internal rate of return of 29.84 percent, thus demonstrating the feasibility of the project.
