Resumen : El presente trabajo de titulación se realizó con el objetivo de diseñar una planta de confección para sábanas, mediante la aplicación de la metodología Systematic Layout Planning “SLP”, además como consecuencia la mejora de la productividad actual en la misma planta...
Descripción : This titling work was carried out with the aim of designing a sheet making plant, through the application of the Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) methodology, as a result of improving the current productivity in the same plant. As a first step was carried out the identification of the different processes involving the making of sheets, identifying that there is a total disorder of areas such as materials in the company, in addition, it was possible to know in depth the production process of the Plant. With the various data obtained, the companys bottleneck was identified through a VSM and process simulation. Once the current situation of the company was known, the different areas of the company were organized with the SLP methodology, obtaining a correct distribution in the plant managed to eliminate the bottleneck and in turn increase the productivity of this In addition, the flow of materials was obtained, thus obtaining for the first time for the micro-enterprise the cost of materials in the clothing line. In addition, the proposed with different methodologies of engineering, processes, economics and continuous improvement was reinforced. Thus, obtaining the reduction of the manufacturing time of 6 minutes per piece, the reduction of intermediate inventories and the increase in the preparation from 32 to 124 units. Finally, because of all the proposed methodologies increased productivity by 23 percent, thus, improving the different flows in the plant and organizing all the areas as departments involved. However, it must be considered that for the plant to work and function properly, a culture of continuous improvement must be created.
